Job2Money provides an online platform that connects employers and job seekers and supports the recruitment process through technology, including artificial intelligence (AI).
Job2Money may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this website and apply from the date stated in the updated terms.
About Job2Money
Job2Money is an online recruitment and job-matching platform that connects job seekers with employers and organizations offering employment opportunities.
Job2Money may use artificial intelligence (AI) and other technology to assist with job matching, candidate screening, shortlisting, and recruitment-related processes.
AI-generated matches, recommendations, screening results, or shortlists are provided as support tools only. Job2Money does not make the final hiring decision on behalf of an employer. Employers remain responsible for their own recruitment and hiring decisions.
Job2Money does not guarantee that a job seeker will obtain employment, or that an employer will successfully recruit a suitable candidate through the platform.
Job2Money is not the employer of candidates who apply for opportunities advertised by employers on the platform, unless expressly stated otherwise.
User Accounts and Registration
Certain Job2Money services may require users to create an account.
Users must provide information that is accurate, current, and complete when registering for an account. Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for all activity carried out through their account.
Users must not create an account using false, misleading, fraudulent, or stolen information, or impersonate another person or organization.
Employers and organizations must provide information that accurately represents their business or organization when registering and using Job2Money services.
Job2Money may request additional information or documentation were necessary to verify an employer, organization, job opportunity, or user.
Job2Money reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate and account were there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, misleading, or otherwise prohibited activity.
Employers and Job Advertisements
Employers and organizations using Job2Money are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in job advertisements is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
Job advertisements must relate to genuine employment or other legitimate opportunities and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Employers must not use Job2Money to advertise fraudulent, discriminatory, exploitative, illegal, or deceptive opportunities.
Employers must not request inappropriate payments, personal information, or documents from job seekers as a condition of applying for an opportunity, except were lawful and clearly disclosed.
Employers are responsible for reviewing applications and conducting their own recruitment, selection, verification, and hiring processes.
Job2Money may review, moderate, reject, remove, or suspend a job advertisement where it reasonably believes that the advertisement or the employer’s use of the platform may violate these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the Job2Money platform.
Payment for a job advertisement or other paid service does not guarantee applications, candidate suitability, interviews employment, or any particular recruitment outcome.
Job Seekers
Job seekers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide to Job2Money is accurate, current, and complete.
Job seekers are responsible for reviewing job advertisements carefully and deciding whether to apply for an opportunity.
Job seekers should exercise appropriate caution when communicating with employers and should not share sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for a legitimate recruitment process.
Job seekers must not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or stolen information or documents, or impersonate another person.
Job2Money may take reasonable steps to identify, review, restrict, or remove suspicious or inappropriate activity, but users should remain alert to potential fraud, scams, or misuse of the platform.
Job2Money does not guarantee employment, interviews, selection, or any particular outcome from using the platform.
Fees, Payments and Free Trails
Certain Job2Money services are provided for a fee. Applicable fees and service price will be displayed on the Job2Money website before a paid service is purchased.
Employers and organizations are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided for paid services is accurate and authorized for use.
Where Job2Money offers a free trial, the terms, duration, eligibility requirements, and conditions of the applicable trial will be displayed at the time the trial is offered.
A free trial may be limited to one trial per employer or organization. Job2Money reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or withdraw a free trial where it reasonably believes that the trial is being misused or that the eligibility requirements have not been met.
Paid services become subject to the applicable service terms once payment has been successfully processed.
Job2Money does not guarantee a particular number of applications, candidates, interviews, views, or hiring outcomes form any paid service.
Where applicable, refunds, cancellations, renewals, or other payment-related matters will be handled in accordance with the specific terms displayed for the relevant service and any applicable law.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools
Job2Money may use artificial intelligence (AI), automated systems, and related technologies to support services such as job matching, candidate screening, recommendations, and shortlisting.
AI-generated results are intended to assist users and employers and should not be treated as a guarantee of suitability, employment, or recruitment success.
Employers remain responsible for reviewing candidates and making their own hiring decisions on behalf of employers.
Users understand that automated systems may produce results that are incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable in some circumstances. Users should exercise their own judgement and review relevant information before making decisions based on AI-assisted results.
Job2Money may modify, improve, restrict, or discontinue AI-powered features from time to time.
Prohibited Uses and Platform Safety
Users use Job2Money only for lawful legitimate purposes.
Users must not use the platform to:
- post or distribute fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or misleading content;
- advertise non-existent employment opportunities;
- impersonate another person, employer, organization, or business;
- Using automated methods to access or collect information from the platform without authorization.
- attempt to obtain another person’s personal information without a legitimate purpose or authorization;
- upload malicious software, harmful code, or other material that may interfere with the operation or security of the platform;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to Job2Money accounts, systems, or data;
- interfere with the normal operation of the methods to access or collect information from the platform without authorization; or
- use the platform in way that violates applicable law or the rights of other users.
Job2Money may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or restrict access, remove content, or take other reasonable action where necessary to protect users, employers, job seekers or the platform.
Where appropriate, Job2Money may cooperate with relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Job2Money name, branding, logos, graphics, software, features and other materials provided by Job2Money are owned by or licensed to Job2Money and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, transmit, or commercially exploit Job2Money content, branding, software, or other protected materials without prior written permitted by applicable law.
Users retain ownership of content and information they lawfully submitting content, users grant Job2Money permission to use, store, process, display, and reproduce that content as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, and improve the relevant services, subject to the Job2Money Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Users must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any content, documents, images, or other materials to Job2Money.
Privacy and Personal Information
Job2Money may collect, use store and process personal information when users register for an account, apply for opportunities, advertise jobs, communicate with Job2Money, or use other platforms services.
Job2Money will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the personal information and documents they provide to Job2Money are accurate and that they have the necessary authority to provide information relating to other individuals.
Employers are responsible for handling candidate information obtained through Job2Money appropriately and only for legitimate purposes.
Users should review the Job2Money Privacy Policy for further information about how personal information is collected, used, stored, protected and processed, and about applicable privacy rights.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Job2Money provides its platform and services on an “as available” basis. While Job2Money takes reasonable steps to maintain the platform, it does not guarantee that the platform, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
Job2Money does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of information provided by users, employers, job seekers, or third-parties.
Job2Money does not guarantee that any job advertisement is genuine, that an employer will hire a candidate, or that a job seeker will obtain platform. Users should carry out their own appropriate checks and exercise reasonable caution.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Job2Money will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from a user’s use of, inability to use, the platform or services.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Users remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, communications, and transactions conducted through or as a result of using the Job2Money platform.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Users and Job2Money should first attempt to resolve any dispute or concern relating to the platform or these Terms and Conditions through good-faith communication.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through communication, the parties may use any appropriate dispute-resolution process or legal remedy available under applicable South African law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions prevents a user from exercising any rights or seeking any remedies available under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms and Contact information
Job2Money may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time reflect changes to the platform, services, legal requirements, or business operations.
The updated Terms and Conditions will be published on the Job2Money website. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
